Jewellery Delivery 

At Atelier Purple Studio , each item is made on request, we work the artisan's way, therefore we need at least a week or more to make your order. Some items, however, may be ready to ship, if your order is urgent please send us an email.  

 All items will be delivered in a gift-wrapped box.

Delivery charges are as follows:

UK: all items are sent by 1st class signed-for delivery (next day by 1pm), which is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. The charge is £5

 Items posted on a Friday will only arrive the following monday. However, if your order is urgent and you wish to have it on the Saturday, the cost is £13.Please contact us for the request. 

As soon as your item is sent, we will notify you.

If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number in order for you to follow up with Royal Mail. We cannot accept responsibility for any Royal Mail delay.

  Any international  customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.



Jewellery Returns

Please note that since each product is handmade and therefore unique, there may be a small variation from the photo. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email at atelierpurple@gmail.com within 3 days. We will offer you a refund (minus the original shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt, providing that your item is returned unused, unworn and in its original packaging. We strongly advise you to return the item via recorded signed-for delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns shipping costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
