At Atelier Purple Studio , each item is made on request, we work the artisan's way, therefore we need a few days or more to make your order. Please expect a week before receiving your order. However, if your order is very urgent, please send us and email.
All items will be delivered in a gift-wrapped box.
Delivery charges are as follows:
UK: all items are sent by 1st class signed-for delivery (next day by 1pm), which is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery. The charge is £5
Items posted on a Friday will only arrive the following monday. However, if your order is urgent and you wish to have it on the Saturday, the cost is £12. Please contact us for the request.
EU: items are sent by Royal Mail Air Sure. The cost is £8
Rest of the world: items are sent by Royal Mail Air Sure. The cost is £8
As soon as your item is sent, we will notify you.
If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number in order for you to follow up with Royal Mail. We cannot accept responsibility for any Royal Mail delay.
Any international customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that since each product is handmade and therefore unique, there may be a small variation from the photo. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund within 7 days of receipt, providing that your item is returned unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Vintage items delivery
Each order will be shipped within 2-3 working days by 1st class signed-for delivery service or by courier for some specific items. . If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for any Royal Mail or courier delay.
Vintage items returns
Returns are accepted. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning it.
Please return the item within 10 days in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. We strongly advise you send your item by signed-for service. We cannot be responsible for any loss. Unfortunately, the original postage costs cannot be refunded. Returns postage costs are to the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund.
